Loading... Please wait...You don’t even open the pack until you have live termites to feed. If you’ve found them in the TermiteTraps you add a feeder to the top of the Trap(s) that show the ‘mud’ signal.
If you’ve discovered live termites in say a window frame inside the house, a post or framing timber in a shed, a fencepost or a retaining wall, etc., you fix a feeder to the outside of the timber and allow termites entry into the ‘porridge’ mixture through a hole you make in the bottom.
Most colonies require multiple doses.
If you can feed the same colony from two or more Traps or from a few places in a building, more ‘porridge’ gets back to the nest more quickly and the nest is killed faster.
The process usually takes a month or more but at least it is the most certain/sure way to eliminate a colony. When they are no longer feeding, it’s because the colony is dead.
The treatment is an insect growth regulator that is not toxic to humans, pets or wildlife.
The carton of Termite Bait contains 10 tubs of powder to which you add water before putting the tub into a Trap containing live, feeding termites. Multiple doses is normal; the bigger the colony, the more doses (tubs) required. The 10 tubs or feeders is enough to feed and kill most big, established colonies or a couple of smaller colonies. What you don’t use will keep for many years. If you have live and feeding termites in a building, you should begin feeding Bait to them before you place your TermiteTraps. (You shouldn’t risk digging a hole for a Trap and accidentally cut the main tunnel between where you are feeding them and their nest.)

We found termites in our house 4 years ago. An expensive eradication program was followed by 3 years of "monitoring" at a cost of $1000 per annum. We stumbled across the Termi-Fix site when looking for a more economical method to keep the termites away.
After following the professional around our house and garden I learned how to check the traps so we've sacked the "company", kept the traps, downloaded the information book and purchased a carton of Termite Bait. No termites in sight yet but we're ready for them! Thanks Termi-Fix.

The e book gave me everything I needed to know to protect my house from termites. The information was genorase. It saved me thousands of dollars. One bait killed all my termites. I made my own traps as the book described. I have freinds who have spent thousands on a treatment with no guarantees.
